Has anyone earned both a QSA and an ABO during the Boer War '99 - '02?

There is a case of one, and that is detailed in an article by Henk Loots a couple of years ago in the OMRS Journal.

It was an agent/spy type of spook, who served on both sides, but each side didn't know about the other.

He got a bronze QSA I think, and should not have got an ABO but somehow managed to get one through.

So not strictly correct, but he did get both.
