Good morning David,
I lost the vertical row of avatars the other day, but, this morning I noticed a "open info" button above the area on the right where I would expect them to be, so I clicked on it and they are back! :woohoo:

I am pleased service has been resumed.

This can be quite a helpful feature but I can see that it can also be frustrating if unexpected.
