There is an intriguing item in the next Noble Numismatics auction. Sadly it has not been photographed.

Described as:

Knife and Fork, in white metal pocket knife format, by Singleton & Priestman, Sheffield; also a small penknife with Mother of Pearl handle and blade hallmarked for Sheffield 1909 by maker T.M (Thomas Marples). The first very fine, the second with blade worn, otherwise good. (2)

Vendor's note for the first item reads, 'Boer War Knife and Fork as Pocket Knife, owned by Lord Kitchener's Lead Scout.'
